The owners are long term Capital Region residents with strong ties to the Community. The owners and staff have over 150 years combined experience working at this property. Decisions regarding the day to day operation of the apartments are made quickly and decisively at the site.

 

With this being the only property we own, our interest is here.

There is no out of town management company or other investments or assets we are concerned about. Owners work side by side with the staff on a daily basis to ensure a smooth operation.
